Role summary

- Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical capabilities
- Prior team management experience in matrix organizational structures
- Proven ability to influence change and communicate with senior leadership
- Data analysis, evaluation, and reporting expertise
What you'll be doing
- Own and execute monthly and quarterly business reviews; report on market dynamics and contingency planning
- Drive forecast accuracy for sales revenue and instrument demand across assigned territories
- Champion commercial cadence adoption by coaching front-line sales managers and monitoring performance
- Develop long-term go-to-market strategy and drive commercial excellence systems, processes, and analytics
- Manage annual global incentive plan rollouts and sales performance incentive fund programs
