What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, product launches, and advanced sales capability initiatives
- Train sales professionals on spine procedures, implant systems, enabling technologies, and strategic selling approaches
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, lab, and field-based learning experiences for new hires and experienced consultants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design learning solutions using simulation, digital tools, and modern instructional methods
- Conduct field visits and case observations to ensure training relevance and gather feedback on commercial readiness
