- Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or new installations
- Understand customer analytical challenges and recommend appropriate products, applications, and solutions
- Build relationships with sales partners, provide information, conduct joint visits, and create business opportunities
- Collaborate with application specialists on sample analysis, demonstrations, and technical proposals
