Role summary
Clinical Trials Assistant supports Clinical Research Associates and regulatory teams with administrative tasks for clinical trial documentation, including Trial Master File maintenance, Case Report Form tracking, and clinical supply management in compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing
- Update and maintain Trial Master Files and clinical documentation systems tracking site compliance
- Prepare, distribute, file, and archive clinical documents according to standard procedures
- Track and manage Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow
- Assist with Clinical Trial Supplies handling, distribution, and tracking
- Serve as central contact for clinical team communications and documentation
