Role summary
ICON seeks a Project Associate to provide administrative and operational support for clinical trial projects in Mexico City (remote). The role involves coordinating meetings, managing study documentation, overseeing reporting, and supporting financial processes to ensure projects meet contractual and client requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Organize and support project team and client meetings with scheduling, materials, and documentation
- Maintain study information, organizational charts, calendars, and project-specific records
- Oversee project reporting accuracy and financial tracking with system updates
- Assist with purchase order management and processing invoices and investigator payments
- Prepare and maintain study files in electronic trial master file with compliance tracking
