Role summary

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (MD, DO, PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and structured clinical interviews (MINI, MADRS)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations
- Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials
- Native-level proficiency in US Dutch and fluency in English
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities
- Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents
- Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology
- Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule
- Submit required documentation accurately and on time
