Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Independently lead day-to-day operational management of assigned Phase I-IV global clinical trials
- Ensure Trial Master File completeness, accuracy, and inspection readiness throughout study lifecycle
- Lead clinical trial start-up, maintenance, close-out, and inspection readiness with minimal supervision
- Oversee CRO and vendor performance management, deliverable tracking, and relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Biometrics to support study execution
