Role summary
Absci seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end operational execution of Phase II-III global clinical trials. The role requires independent management of complex studies from startup through closeout, with oversight of CROs, sites, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing
- Independently manage all operational aspects of assigned global clinical trials through protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Oversee CRO and vendor performance, including monitoring visit reviews and Trial Master File quality control
- Develop and execute study-level operational plans covering recruitment, retention, monitoring, and risk management
- Partner with legal and finance teams on budgets, contracts, insurance, and data protection protocols
- Communicate trial progress, compliance metrics, and findings to internal and external stakeholders
