What you'll be doing
- Manage investigator identification, qualification, enrollment, and study closeout across trials
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clinical investigators spanning multiple therapeutic areas
- Co-create targeted recruitment strategies to optimize patient enrollment at priority sites
- Lead site-level strategy and risk planning to ensure consistent enrollment and data quality
- Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, and investigators to align priorities and resolve operational barriers
