What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and oversee assigned clinical trial activities according to task matrices and role specifications
- Perform file reviews and maintain electronic Trial Master Files with accurate, timely documentation
- Support system administration including GoBalto, eTMF, and regulatory tracking tools
- Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate communication between internal teams and clients
- Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and assist with investigator site file distribution
