What you'll be doing
- Conduct and document department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews on schedule
- Maintain study documentation systems including team lists, training records, and activity plans
- Process and review documents in electronic trial master files (eTMF) and coordinate submissions
- Track regulatory documents, analyze study metrics, and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of Investigator Site Files and pharmacy materials to trial sites
