What you'll be doing
- Coordinate assigned clinical trial activities including oversight of task completion within budget and quality standards
- Conduct file reviews (departmental, internal, country, and investigator) and document findings in appropriate systems
- Maintain study documentation, electronic trial master files, and project-specific trackers and communications
- Process regulatory documents, transmit materials to clients and IRB/IEC, and support risk identification and escalation
- Assist with investigator site file compilation, meeting coordination, study metrics analysis, and onboarding of new staff
