Role summary
Disc Medicine seeks a Clinical Trial Associate to support early-phase clinical research studies within the Clinical Operations team. The role involves planning, implementing, and managing clinical trial activities in a hybrid setting at the Watertown, MA headquarters, working collaboratively with internal teams and external CROs.

What you'll be doing
- Support day-to-day clinical study operations including inspection readiness and protocol compliance oversight
- Collaborate with Clinical Trial Managers, CROs, and study teams to execute clinical activities per trial operating model
- Develop, review, and maintain study documentation including protocols, informed consent forms, and trial master files
- Track patient samples, reconcile discrepancies with sites and labs, coordinate sample logistics and data deliverables
- Assist with clinical trial team meetings, site startup activities, and monitoring visit report follow-up
