Role summary
Merit Medical seeks a Clinical Training and Education Manager for the Northeast region to deliver comprehensive training programs on endoscopy products, assess clinical competency, and provide case support to customers across multiple states. The role combines clinical expertise with instructional program development and field support.

- Registered Nurse, Surgery Technician, or Radiology Technician credential preferred
What you'll be doing
- Deliver approved training programs and didactic content on products and procedures to customers and personnel
- Conduct skill assessments and develop customized training curricula to improve knowledge and abilities
- Provide ongoing case support and clinical expertise to trained customers domestically and internationally
- Support field training, product troubleshooting, and in-servicing of key customers on Merit products
- Develop sales training materials, videos, and home-study courses; write technical papers for emerging markets
Compensation$100,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility; actual pay varies by location and individual qualifications
