Role summary
This is a 24-month developmental clinical role based in Nashville, TN. The Clinical Territory Associate will support sales activities, conduct technical training, and gain experience across technical, clinical, and sales functions in preparation for a quota-bearing position.

- Support sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic program development
- Deliver technical in-services to OR staff, surgeons, and other customers
- Promote advanced technology benefits to robotic system users and contribute to team quotas
- Develop goal-setting and territory mapping skills for future quota-bearing role
- Handle administrative tasks including sales reporting, activity tracking, and expense submissions
Compensation$119,000 base pay plus commission
