Role summary

Waters seeks a Clinical Systems Specialist to administer and optimize Veeva eTMF and CTMS platforms supporting clinical operations. The role encompasses system configuration, user support, training, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant and efficient clinical study execution.

Configure system objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and metadata to support clinical operations
Support TMF health, data quality, document management, and inspection-readiness initiatives
Develop training materials, deliver user training, and promote system adoption best practices
