Role summary

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong ability to coach customers one-on-one and resolve issues calmly under pressure
- HIPAA knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish skills desired
What you'll be doing
- Respond to escalated clinical or technical support calls and emails from customers within one business day
- Conduct scheduled remote video training sessions on insulin pump use and diabetes management
- Deliver virtual educational classes on diabetes technology, pump therapy, and insulin management
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system and communicate with field teams as needed
- Identify and report potential product safety issues through appropriate internal procedures
