Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical and educational support for neuromodulation pain intervention therapies in a field-based territory role. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
- Proficiency with Excel, mobile devices, iPad, laptop, and Samsung tablet
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products preferred
- Healthcare background or experience in neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, or operating room preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and device expertise during surgical procedures and ensure proper equipment availability
- Educate patients throughout implantation phases and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on products and therapies
- Respond to device-related inquiries from customers and patients in timely, professional manner
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through regular account visits and coordinate educational programs
- Manage device inventory, track business expenses, and contribute to quarterly district and regional goals
