What you'll be doing

Develop competency in manual and robotic joint replacement procedures through hands-on training
Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using Mako software
Support case preparation including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and operating room readiness
Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
Participate in on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases
