Role summary
Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries in New Hampshire, working field-based with robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. - Preferred: extracurricular involvement demonstrating leadership or community engagement
- Capacity to manage stressful operating room situations with professionalism and focus
What you'll be doing
- Develop competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, and implant sizing
- Prepare operating room equipment, instruments, and systems for surgical procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during live surgical cases
- Participate in on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support urgent cases
