Role summary
Masimo seeks a Clinical Specialist to introduce monitoring technology into clinical settings across Baden-Württemberg. The role combines product trial support, clinical team training, and customer partnership to drive adoption of diagnostic solutions in hospitals and care facilities.

- Completed medical qualification in nursing, anesthesia technology, or cardiac technology
- Sound knowledge of clinical processes and hospital workflows

- Fluent German and confident English proficiency
- Clinical experience in intensive care, anesthesia, or acute-care environment
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel approximately 60% within assigned territory
What you'll be doing
- Support product trials of monitoring technology on clinical wards from briefing through evaluation
- Train nursing and medical staff on-site and at training facilities
- Develop customized solutions with sales team and provide post-implementation support
- Document customer feedback in CRM systems to inform product development
- Present Masimo technology at medical workshops, trade fairs, and professional congresses
