Proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands for operating file modification

What you'll be doing

Coordinate on-site installations and provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures
Maintain and upgrade system hardware and software; perform preventative maintenance
Educate and train surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff on navigation and robotic technologies
Serve as primary customer liaison for technical support, repair issues, and service delivery
File reports on customer visits, technical issues, and market opportunities for district team
