Role summary

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Cranial & Spinal Technologies to provide technical and clinical support for neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery products. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within and outside assigned territory
Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX commands and medical device software/hardware systems
Strong customer relationship management and technical communication skills
Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements

What you'll be doing

Coordinate installations and provide on-site technical support for neurosurgery and robotic-assisted surgery systems
Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software; perform preventative maintenance
Train physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures and system operation
Act as primary customer liaison for technical support, repair issues, and service needs
Document site visits, customer contacts, and concerns; identify new user opportunities for navigation and robotics
