What you'll be doing

Complete CRM field technical training and perform device interrogations and implant support post sign-off
Provide on-call technical support and troubleshooting for CRM products on evenings and weekends
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on CRM products and solutions
Manage patient registration, consignment inventory, and software maintenance across the district
Support sales objectives by identifying customer needs and assisting with purchase order acquisition
