What you'll be doing

Perform technical support for CRM devices including system checks, implant support, and troubleshooting using field training knowledge
Coordinate operational activities such as patient documentation, inventory management, programmer software maintenance, and coverage logistics
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and patient management solutions
Travel extensively within territory (approximately 80%) to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings
Identify customer opportunities, support sales activities, monitor competitive landscape, and provide feedback to achieve sales goals
