Role summary
Haemonetics seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption and expand utilization of TEG and Cell Saver product lines across existing customer accounts in a defined territory. The role combines clinical education, account management, and revenue growth through relationship building with hospital clinicians and key decision makers.

- 3+ years industry or clinical experience, preferably with complex medical devices
- Knowledge of hemostasis management and strong technical/clinical aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and customer relationships

- Strong project management and organization skills
What you'll be doing
- Manage existing customer territory and expand usage through clinical education and account development
- Train new and existing customers on product and clinical aspects; provide onsite support across labs, critical care, and OR
- Develop relationships with clinical champions and key decision makers to achieve annual sales targets
- Provide dedicated onsite support for new customer implementations, including after-hours assistance
- Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns through investigation and cross-functional collaboration
