Willingness to reside in or relocate to assigned Columbus, Ohio territory

What you'll be doing

Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistical coordination of equipment and implants
Troubleshoot customer needs and ensure proper surgical equipment availability and functionality
Track, maintain, and deploy trauma care equipment and assets throughout assigned territory
Share customer insights and procedural data with sales and clinical teams to support growth and service improvements
