Role summary
Leica Biosystems seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist for the Novocastra product line in Mumbai to drive commercial growth and expand market presence across an assigned territory. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute territory growth plans to meet assigned Novocastra sales targets and revenue objectives
- Build and maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities via CRM, and conduct competitive market analysis
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and customer training on Novocastra antibodies and consumables
- Lead Proof of Principle activities including product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer validations
- Build relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers, and key opinion leaders; conduct scientific workshops and educational programs
