Role summary
Leica Biosystems seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth for Novocastra products in the Kolkata territory. - Willingness to travel 60–80% within region for customer visits and field activities
What you'll be doing
- Achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets through territory growth planning and opportunity conversion
- Maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities in CRM systems, and conduct competitive market analysis
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and customer training on antibodies and Leica consumables
- Lead product evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities with pathology customers
- Build relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers, and key opinion leaders; deliver regular activity reports
