Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets and business objectives
Build and maintain sales funnel, track opportunities via CRM, and conduct competitive market analysis
Provide technical expertise, application support, and customer training on Novocastra antibodies and Leica consumables
Lead Proof of Principle activities including product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer validations
Build relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers, and key opinion leaders; deliver monthly activity and business outcome reports
