What you'll be doing

Achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets by developing territory growth plans and converting sales opportunities
Build and maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities via CRM, and conduct competitive analysis for growth identification
Provide technical expertise and application support for Novocastra antibodies and consumables during pre- and post-sales activities
Lead Proof of Principle activities including product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer validations with regional teams
Build relationships with pathologists, lab managers, and key opinion leaders; organize workshops and scientific meetings
