Role summary

- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support in operating rooms to nurses, surgical technicians, and surgeons during trauma procedures
- Advise on surgical techniques and proper product usage for shoulder, knee, hip, and arthroscopic procedures
- Collect device usage information and ensure positive customer experience
- Manage product inventory, stock monitoring, and expired material handling
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure product availability and order management
