Role summary

What you'll be doing

Coordinate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and patient clinical outcomes
Provide clinical support including surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and product in-service training
Educate customers on product merits, clinical usage, and latest industry developments
Engage in clinical and technical discussions linking outcome data to key messaging
Meet with existing and prospective healthcare providers to identify clinical needs and propose solutions
