What you'll be doing

Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
Serve as sole company representative ensuring proper equipment availability, functioning, and troubleshooting during procedures
Manage hospital billing, create and close purchase orders, and address customer requests independently
Track, maintain, and deploy equipment and assets across assigned area to ensure product availability
Share customer insights and procedural feedback with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to support growth
