Role summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Clinical Representative to support the MONARCH Urology platform across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The role involves providing procedural support, clinical training, and account development to surgeons and healthcare facilities using robotic-assisted urology systems.

- Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills
- Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements
- Capacity for extensive travel up to 90% within assigned territory
What you'll be doing
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through clinical support, training, and responsive service
- Support account development activities to build clinical confidence and drive system utilization
- Conduct product demonstrations, training events, and customer education initiatives
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for escalation and technical concerns
