Role summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to support procedural excellence and customer education across the Great Lakes territory. The role combines in-case technical support, clinical training, and account development for a robotic-assisted urology platform in hospital and surgery center settings.

- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years
- Clinical, medical device technical, or healthcare procedural support experience required
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical concepts to physicians and clinical staff

- Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or technical procedural specialty preferred
- Ability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments including live cases
- Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements

- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and clinical staff using Monarch Urology system
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support, training, and education
- Support account development activities that increase user competence and drive system utilization
- Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives
- Develop expert-level product knowledge and partner with sales leadership to support business objectives and account plans
