Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary contact at trial sites across the Stuttgart, Heilbronn, and Heidelberg regions. Analytical and critical thinking skills with technology proficiency

What you'll be doing

Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across trial phases
Verify data in electronic and paper records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor site adherence to ICH GCP, local regulations, and ALCOA principles
Prepare monitoring and administrative reports in timely, accurate manner
Assess investigator qualifications and site capabilities for clinical trial conduct
