Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Clinical Research Associate II for a Netherlands-based, home-office role within their sponsor-dedicated model. The position involves monitoring clinical trial sites, managing recruitment, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining regulatory documentation across assigned studies.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct site monitoring visits including selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities
- Collaborate with sites on recruitment planning and enrollment tracking
- Administer protocol training and maintain ongoing site communications
- Evaluate site compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements, escalating quality issues
- Manage study progress including regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and data queries
