Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise during Monarch Urology procedures
- Build customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service
- Support account development activities to increase system utilization and clinical adoption
- Conduct product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives
- Identify educational opportunities and serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for escalation
