Role summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Clinical Representative to support the Monarch Urology robotic platform across the Capital Corridor territory (SC, NC, VA, DC). The role combines procedural support, clinical education, and account development to drive adoption of robotic-assisted urological systems.

Clinical, medical device, technical, sales, or operating room experience

Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills
Willingness to work across hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments

What you'll be doing

Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and clinical staff
Build and maintain customer relationships through clinical support, training, and responsive service
Support account development activities that increase user competence and system utilization
Conduct product demonstrations, training events, and customer education initiatives
Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for escalation and technical issue reporting
