- Maintain dashboards and matrices for China-led studies with monthly budget and resource tracking
- Manage change control and variation reviews for China-led studies in coordination with global partners
- Set up and maintain PLANIT systems for new studies with ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop therapeutic area templates in Merlin and build feasibility databases for study planning
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and monitor resource allocation across development operations
