- Prior experience handling human biological materials and processing DNA specimens
- Working knowledge of BSL-2 environment operations

- Perform diagnostic laboratory testing on patient samples including accessioning, extraction, library preparation, and sequencing
- Execute manual and automated sample processing steps and quality control procedures
- Provide technical guidance to non-licensed personnel on pre- and post-analytical activities
- Interpret analytical results according to established procedures and report findings
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
