Role summary
IQVIA seeks a clinical independent rater fluent in Romanian to review and validate psychiatric assessments in clinical trials. This remote position involves 10–16 hours monthly, assessing rater performance, conducting clinical interviews, and ensuring data quality and protocol compliance.

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (MD/DO/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years administering PANSS and SCID assessments in clinical settings
- Minimum 3 years clinical trial experience with psychiatric populations
- Minimum 3 years administering rating scales in clinical research trials
- Native-level Romanian proficiency and fluent English
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities as required
- Review case data and prepare for structured discussions with raters on assessment methodology
- Conduct clinical interviews and psychiatric assessments with study participants
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized rating scales and structured interviews
- Submit documentation and assessment records accurately and within study timelines
