Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Clinical Data Management Manager to lead end-to-end data management activities across clinical studies. The role requires 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments, with expertise in EDC systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

- Minimum 10 years progressive clinical data management experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or CRO
- Advanced proficiency with EDC systems and clinical data processes
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple studies, mentoring staff, and managing vendors
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Clinical Data Management systems, Veeva CDMS and eTMF preferred
- CCDM certification or similar relevant certifications a plus
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee end-to-end clinical data management activities across assigned studies
- Serve as data management subject matter expert providing strategic input on study planning and risk mitigation
- Direct database design, data review, query management, and database lock activities
- Oversee vendor performance and act as escalation point for quality and timeline issues
- Mentor data management staff and foster high-performance team culture
