Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Clinical Community Analyst to manage study-specific investigator portals throughout clinical trial lifecycles. The role involves coordinating portal launches, developing site engagement strategies, managing communications, and supporting cross-functional study teams to ensure positive investigator site experiences.

What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary operational contact for study-specific investigator portals from initiation through archive
- Develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies in partnership with study teams
- Coordinate portal launches and manage portal content including news posts, emails, dashboards, and guides
- Facilitate kickoff and portal review meetings with cross-functional teams
- Escalate portal issues and coordinate resolution across impacted teams
