Role summary
Fortrea seeks on-call clinical call center representatives to recruit participants for Phase 1 research studies. After one week of onsite training in Dallas or Daytona Beach, the role transitions to fully remote work with flexible, variable hours including evenings and weekends.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting phone conversations and following structured scripts
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for data entry
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clinical study participants
- Explain research study opportunities and provide relevant information to callers
- Conduct initial phone screenings using study-specific scripts and guidelines
- Collect and enter participant demographic and medical history information into systems
- Schedule qualified participants for screening appointments and confirm attendance
Compensation$18.00/hour
