Role summary

Clinical Applications Specialist for general imaging ultrasound serving Wisconsin, UP Michigan, Iowa, and West Central Region. Drives clinical education, training delivery, and product demonstrations to optimize customer outcomes and support sales objectives across the territory.

  • Associate degree or equivalent plus 3+ years general imaging ultrasound technical/clinical experience
  • ARDMS certification in abdomen; RVT, OB/GYN, adult cardiac, or MSK preferred
  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and process implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex information and adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems, networking, and IT
  • Willingness to travel 75%+ (4-5 days weekly including overnights) within US
  • Residency required within Wisconsin, UP Michigan, Iowa, or West Central Region

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales demonstrations of ultrasound products and capabilities
  • Coordinate and execute objective-based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes
  • Serve as subject matter expert and clinical liaison to sales organization and customers
  • Support new product features and clinical techniques through customer training plan development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education
