Role summary
Danaher seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to support Radiometer point-of-care and blood gas diagnostic solutions across the customer lifecycle. The role encompasses pre-sales demonstrations, installation validation, user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Demonstrated understanding of laboratory workflows and validation processes
What you'll be doing
- Support sales team with product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer presentations
- Deliver structured training on product operation, maintenance, and clinical interpretation
- Guide customers through installation verification, validation protocols, and go-live preparation
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Conduct post-go-live follow-ups and identify opportunities for customer retention and growth
