- Support adjudication charter development and secure cross-functional sponsor approval
- Develop training protocols and reference guides on endpoints and outcomes adjudication
- Establish project milestones, deliver routine metrics, and monitor progress
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings managing the adjudication process
- Identify roadblocks and implement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and accuracy
