What you'll be doing

Serve as primary contact for high-volume accounts, managing onboarding and patient monitoring workflows
Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets through quarterly business plans and account check-ins
Maintain CRM documentation and conduct quarterly account reviews with Territory Manager collaboration
Provide technical troubleshooting and clinical training support for CardioMEMS implementation
Cover Territory Manager responsibilities during absences and peak demand periods
